• Attacking or stealing from any citizens of Arad Doman will lead to consequences deemed fit by the Sword and Hand.

• Each insult, threat, aggressive action or conspiracy against any member of the Sword and Hand, against the entire brotherhood of the Sword and Hand or towards the nation of Arad Doman will lead to consequences deemed fit by the Sword and Hand.

• Arad Doman has a policy of peaceful co-existence with each Light abiding person, group, association or clan that travels its lands. Any insult, threat, aggressive action or conspiracy against any Light abiding person, group, association or clan within the borders of the nation of Arad Doman will lead to consequences deemed fit by the Sword and Hand. Exceptions to this are the persons, groups, associations or clans that have acquired an explicit written or oral permission from the Sword and Hand.

• The nation of Arad Doman is a strong party in the continuing battle against the Dark in all it's forms and appearances and mandates the Sword and Hand to take any and all necessary or useful actions to act to this goal. Darkfriends and Servants of the Dark will be hunted and put down.

• Possession of the equipment unique to the Sword and Hand or the Bandar Eban guards is forbidden. Failure to immediately turn over the equipment to a Sword and Hand member will lead to consequences deemed fit by the Sword and Hand.

• Wearing equipment tainted by the shadow or used by the Seanchan invaders in the lands of Arad Doman is forbidden. Failure to immediately turn over this equipment to a Sword and Hand member for proper disposal upon request will lead to consequences deemed fit by the Sword and Hand.

• Gating into the city of Bandar Eban is only allowed in the small square at the southernmost end of the Palace boulevard.
