For Accepteds with Player-Killing Privileges:
As ordered by the Cairheinin Rising Sun, Accepteds are not to even consider hunting the criminals of Tar Valon in the Lands of Cairhein. This restriction has been placed due to previous incidents involving Accepteds not following the Law.
This does not apply for Full Sisters. Novices and Accepteds without PK rights are, as always, not permitted to hunt criminals at all.
