Here is everything you need to know:

1. Weapons and armor forged of the shadow AND Seanchan craftsmiths are forbidden for WEAR but NOT possession. They can be worn in combat situations where absolutely neccessary only. Ex: An insectoid helmet is legal to own, but not wear, unless said combat situations call for it's use.

2. Assisting shadowspawn or darkfriends against ANY human, be that a rival clan, Tar Valon versus Amadicia, or Seanchan, is under ALL circumstances punishable by death. Any and all interclan warfare occuring or about to occur during a battle with Seanchan will cease immediately. False statements of shadowspawn to halt fighting is only a demonstration of your own title as an honorless dog. The guilty will receive a banishment, minimal.

3. Insubordination to Red Eagles during combat situations will be met with swift physical response. The men of Manetheren have been fighting those who oppose their homeland for centuries before the oldest of the world's nations arose. THEY are the authority when fighting is occuring in Two Rivers, unless the Eagle in question explicitly says they are not. Fighters will follow orders.

4. In the event that a fight breaks out outside Eagle territory between two clans the losing party may not seek refuge inside Two Rivers without an Eagle's permission. This basically means dont come running to us if your losing somewhere else. This goes for fights between the Tower and Children in particular.

5. Red Eagles reserve the right to harass any proverbial 'dumb@ss' regardless of sex, race, creed or clan. We call this the '@sshole' rule. Act dumb, and we might just kill you.

6. Look at my eyes... thats a paddlin.

7. Look at my shoes... thats a paddlin.

8. Paddlin a Two Rivers canoe without express approval of a Red Eagle or a Red Eagle-Issue boat license... you better believe thats a paddlin.

• Snowy peaks of the Mountains of Mist, west of the silver mining village. (Domani border as per negotiations with Thomaso, current leader of the Sword and Hand)

• The River Manetherendelle at the Logger Camp west of Deven Ride. (Amadician border as per negotiations with Child Velaz)

• The southern tip of Stedding Yandar. (Children of the Light territorial border)

• The Noose portion of the Mountains of Mist is currently recognized as No-Man's-Land by the Red Eagles.
