By order of Roedran Almaric do Arreloa a'Naloy, King of the sovereign nation of Murandy, the following declaration has been made.

For countless years, the lands of Murandy have been an open hunting ground for the various armies and nations of the land. These nations have traversed the lands of Murandy without the consent of the King, going about their own agendas and often killing the enemies of their state on Murandian soil.

This shall no longer be the case.

From this day forth, no nation may hunt any man, woman, or child in the land of Murandy, regardless of their affiliation or whether or not they are wanted for crimes in a nation. There shall be two exceptions to this law.

  • First, those who are Known as Darkfriends may be hunted. Those who are merely accused of such, even if there is a predonderance of evidence, may not be hunted.

  • Second, men that channel tainted Saidin may be hunted by the Red Ajah exclusively. Novices, Accepted, Aes Sedai of other Ajahs, and Gaidin may not aid the Red Ajah in this task.

    Any and all caught violating this law shall be punished swiftly without exception. Bounties shall be set on the heads of offenders and loyal Murandian citizens as well as bounty hunters wishing to make a name for themselves shall be free to assail them on our nation's sacred soil.

    Those countries who wish to retain the right to hunt enemies of the state on Murandian soil are advised to speak with the King or his court.

    This shall be the first and final warning on the subject. Ignorance shall not be treated as a viable excuse for being found in violation of Murandian law.
