  1. Warrant Types:

    1. Death warrant - For severe crimes. This type of warrant remains forever until the wanted is allowed to and turns himself/herself in.

    2. Banishment - For lighter crimes. The amount of time of this warrant remains no less than 1 week. The wanted is not permitted to enter the clan jurisdiction until he's 'unbanned', failure to do so would result in a further banishment or a death warrant depending upon how severe the case is.

    3. Vocal warning - For little, stupid mistakes made by a person. No warrant is resulted but the person is suggested to follow the warning. Failure to do so may result in a banishment.


  2. Conventional Saldaean Laws:

    1. Condition: Committing murder in Saldaea.
      Warrant type: Death Warrant

    2. Condition: Fighting against each other without the permission of a Saldaean Cavalryman.
      Warrant type: Banishment

      Note: This includes clan wars, hunting criminals who are not wanted in Saldaea, and any private fighting between people.

    3. Condition: Refusal to hand in loot and scalps for leaders to split.
      Warrant type: Depending upon how severe the case is, anywhere from banishment to death warrant is feasible.

      Note: Anything that involves equipment, such as stealing equipment from others also belongs to this category.

    4. Condition: Being the gloryhound, refusal to cooperate with leaders.
      Warrant type: Banishment

    5. Condition: False Dragon
      Warrant type: Death warrant

      Note: Any male channeler who has not declared as false dragon but has been claimed by the Aes Sedai also deserves this warrant.

    6. Condition: Aiding the Shadow in any way, Darkfriends.
      Warrant type: Anywhere between a vocal warning to a death warrant.

      Note: If the person aided the Shadow involuntarily, such as a typo, then only a vocal warning is necessary. However if the person did it on purpose, he would definitely deserve a warrant. All Darkfriends deserve permanent warrants.

    7. Condition: Intervening in the battle against the shadowspawn.
      Warrant type: Vocal warning

      Note: This type of crime is the stupid mistakes people usually make, such as creating spams in front of the group. Anything little but annoying belongs to this category.

    8. Condition: Wearing dark equipment.
      Warrant type: Banishment

      Note: The person would be asked to politely dump the dark equipment first. Failure to comply would result in a banishment. A list of equipment considered tainted by the Shadow and hence banned in Saldaea is available upon request.


  3. Martial Laws:

    Martial laws are effective in the presence of Shadowspawns sieging. When Shadowspawns cross the border of Blight and are present in the following areas, the martial laws are automatically effective:

    • Stone Fortress
    • Kandori Hills
    • Twisted Forest
    • Plain of Lances
    • Savannah
    • Saldaean Woodlands
    • Maradon City
    • Maradon Palace


    1. Condition: Any fighting between humans when Shadowspawn is present.
      Warrant type: Vocal warning - banishment

      Note: The person would first receive a vocal warning. Failure to comply would result in a banishment. This includes any type of fighting, be it clan conflict, hunting of criminals, or immature quarrels.

    2. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalryman calls for arms.
      Condition: Failure to comply.
      Warrant type: Vocal warning - banishment AFTER the battle

      Note: Everybody inside Maradon is expected to assemble in front of Maradon citygate RIDING A HORSE and follow the leaders.

    3. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalryman calls for retreat.
      Condition: Failure to comply(e.g. going outside the safe city)
      Warrant type: Vocal warning - banishment.

      Note: Everybody is expected to stay inside the city of Maradon or any place that is safe, e.g. Stone Fortress when the Light owns it, Legion base if you are permitted or you are a member of the Legion of Unity, or Tree Top City if you are permitted or you are a member of the Forresters.

      The person would most likely die in this case. But if he/she drags others to die with him/her, a banishment is served.


  4. Intraclan Regulations:

    1. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalryman being found splitting equipments and scalps unfairly.
      Warrant type: Deranking - Declanning

    2. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalryman being found not following any conventional or martial law.
      Warrant type: Deduction of qps - death warrant depending upon the severity of the case.

    3. A Saldaean Cavalryman found below lvl25+.
      Warrant type: He/she is given 2 weeks to get back to lvl25. After 2 weeks, a vocal warning is served. Failure to comply after another week results in deduction of qps. Failure to comply after another week again results in deranking. Failure to comply again after one week results in declanning.

    4. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalry being found no longer being able to intercept attacks on his/her horse or fighting with a piercing weapon for any reason.
      Warrant type: He/she is given a week to recover his/her jousting abilities. After a week, a vocal warning is served. Failure to comply after another week results in deduction of qps. Failure to comply after another week again results in deranking. Failure to comply again after one week results in declanning.

    5. Condition: A Saldaean Cavalryman being found looting the chest, taking eq from the chest without posting.
      Warrant type: Vocal warning - Declanning.

    6. Condition: Being impolite to any player.
      Warrant type: Vocal warning - deduction of qps

      Note: This includes demanding a person to check dark equipments RUDELY, flaming other players and any other immature action.

    7. Condition: Getting into southlander craps. e.g. Attacking a person who is not wanted in Saldaea simply because he/she has a suspicious background, getting involved into clan wars, or aiding any southland clan to hunt their criminals who are not wanted by us, provoking anybody into a fight, hunting lesser criminals when the Shadowspawns are present.
      Warrant type: Deranking - Declanning


  5. Notes:

    • All times mentioned above are in REAL TIME.
    • The term "Saldaean Cavalryman" includes any person, male or female, who is listed as a member of the clan when the command "view clan saldaea" is entered.
    • The term "the wanted" signifies any person who has any of the three types of warrant served on their head by the Saldaean Cavalry.
    • The term "Saldaea" is used to describe the zones in which the Laws of Saldaea apply. See areas listed under Martial Law.
