These are the newly ratified laws of Fal Dara and the Borderlands, regarding conduct in and after the killing of Shadowspawn in our lands.

Heed them, and obey.

1. Anyone can loot or scalp Shadowspawn corpses. Spam scalping and spam looting are NOT crimes.
   
   
2. All equipment looted and all scalps scalped, however, will be given either to the leader of the groups or to a borderguard, if one is present. Leaving or renting with the spoils of battle ARE crimes.
   
   Note: If there is no group involved in the battle, ensure that the spoils are clearly announced on a global channel. That being done, any person may split the equipment.
   
   
3. All equipment and scalps obtained in the killing of Shadowspawn will be shared either by the group leader or a borderguard.
   
   
4. All equipment and scalps will be shown to the group members.
   
   
5. If you wish to go scout or stay behind, that is your choice, but we strongly recommend that everyone groups.
   
   
6. Anyone that WILL NOT group upon request by a leader will stay away from the Malkier Gate when Shadowspawn are present. That includes thieves and other players who wish to go solo, but not female channelers who are in Fal Dara to offer support in battle. To clarify, players may run solo, if it is the wish of the group and the leader, but if asked to join a group, they must do so, or not sit at the Malkier Gate.
   
   
7. The Borderguard reserves the right to ask ANYONE at ANYTIME to show their pack or sack or remove their cloak or any other piece of equipment, if we have believe you are hiding anything.
   
   
8. ALL Borderguards will submit themselves to the same treatment. We are not above the law, and will remove or show equipment upon reasonable request.
   
   
9. Using DARK equipment will be an IMMEDIATE warrant with no warning given. Consider this your warning.
   
   
10. Using Borderguard equipment will result in a warning. If you do not respond satisfactorily to this warning, you will be warranted.
    
    
11. ALL equipment will be split as ALL E MALKIER, SPLIT, DF CHOKE or ORCHARD WELL. IF someone wears equipment without giving it to the leader, or hides it somewhere to do a quick switch off, they will be warranted.
    
    
12. We do not make rules as to HOW you should share the equipment once the leader has it and you are in a room designated to share equipment.
    
    
13. No one is above the law, be it Borderguards, Ta'veren, Clan Masters or the Creator himself. It does =NOT= matter. If you refuse to follow these laws, you will be warranted and banned from the borderlands.

If you do not like these rules then so be it. You are not forced to come up and fight. The Borderguards, and many others, are tired of the hoarding of equipment and the hiding of scalps. These laws are enacted to make sure that these practices do not occur.
